This is a video workshop.

Basic muscle control (quads, hamstrings, hip flexors, glutes) includes the standard exercises that I use for learning to feel and control these muscles. It also includes the special exercises that I use when students have difficulty.

Often these are students who are very flexible and so the usual techniques don't work because they dont' create enough sensation. So this is the no-fail set of techniques for activating and feeling the above muscles. A great resource for teachers. Also a great resource for students if you have difficulty feeling and activating your muscles.
